Sadaya Sanctuary

1. Private Membership Agreement

Sadaya Sanctuary is a Private Membership Association (PMA). All individuals must become members to receive any services or access private educational offerings. By accessing our website, attending a retreat, booking services, or engaging in communication, you affirm your agreement to operate under our PMA and its terms.

2. Scope of Services

We provide non-clinical holistic support, including but not limited to:

• Integration coaching

• Mind-body wellness sessions

• Spiritual development support

• Group ceremonies, education, and sound healing

We do not provide, prescribe, or facilitate access to any psychedelic substances. Our services are strictly educational, spiritual, and supportive in nature.

3. Member Responsibility

You agree to:

• Use our offerings for personal, lawful, and intentional purposes

• Understand that we are not a medical clinic

• Hold harmless all facilitators and staff under the PMA

4. Booking & Cancellations

All bookings are subject to posted policies. Payments are considered contributions toward membership offerings.

5. Intellectual Property

All content is the property of Sadaya Sanctuary and may not be copied or redistributed without written consent.

6. Disclaimers

Our services are not medical advice. We do not make claims of diagnosis, treatment, or cure. All experiences shared are personal and not guaranteed.

7. Jurisdiction

As a PMA, Sadaya Sanctuary operates under private contract law and outside of the public domain. Any disputes will be addressed through private arbitration as agreed upon in the membership agreement. If needed, Arizona law shall apply.
